Orders must be placed by NOON on Thursday to be ready for pick up or delivery on SATURDAY.

  • Watch for our newsletter to arrive in your email inbox (it’s there by 9am on Tuesday); each week, we’ll highlight a few of our best, or favorite, or newest, local food items, plus give you a direct link into the virtual store at OtterBee’s Market
  • We suggest that you log in to your account (see “My Account” on the main menu) before you start shopping. Logging in allows you to check your account balance, change any of your personal information…even view past orders (visit “How It Works” to learn more about shopping with us)
  • You can shop within the different categories via the top menu (under “Start Shopping”) OR the sidebar menu. Note: items will ONLY show up if they’re “in stock” or can be back-ordered. Out of stock or out of season food items won’t show up until they’re available and/or in season.
  • You can see what your order looks like by clicking “view cart” anytime. If you change your mind about something, just click on the red “x” that’s related to the item to remove it from your cart. When you’re done choosing…
  • Go to “view cart” one last time, scroll down, choose delivery or pick up, click “proceed to checkout“, scroll down, choose your payment preference, and, finally, click “place order“. Note: we don’t receive your order until you click “place order”.
