Description
Very sweet, very crisp, very fresh! Available here by the pound without tops (i.e. NOT bunched). Grown by both Ocean Air Farms (Ft. Dick) and Valley Flora Farm (Langlois), and coming from one or the other, as noted above. Both farms use organic farming practices.
Great raw or juiced, and definitely wonderful cooked. A wonderful, low-calorie, nutrient-rich winter snack.
