Bok Choy (or “Pac Choi”) is a delicious mild Asian green with a wonderfully sweet and mild taste and crisp texture. Harvested within 24-48 hours of your order delivery, and grown using organic practices. To store: rinse, pat dry, trim any bad spots, and store in the bottom crisper drawer wrapped in paper towels.
