Valley Flora Farm (Langlois) offers dense shoots of bright Purple Broccolini – one of late winter’s special treats. Very tender and very tasty! Orders are by the 1/2-pound, which is just about enough for a side dish for two (or a main dish for one vegetarian!) Grown using organic practices. To store: rinse, pat dry, and store in the bottom crisper drawer in a produce bag. Use within 3-4 days.
