Beets: Gold (bunch)

Valley Flora Farm – Langlois

Out of stock

Locally grown by Valley Flora Farm in Langlois (North Curry County), this is a striking golden-fleshed beet – smooth golden roots with bright yellow flesh – which retains its color when cooked. Excellent, sweet flavor.

Harvested and bunched within 24 hours of your order delivery; grown using organic practices. To store in the refrigerator, first cut off the tops two inches above the root; store the greens and the beets in separate plastic bags in the crisper. Use the greens within 3-4 days; the beets will keep for one to two weeks.
