Description
Growing 4-6 feet high with an upright, open habit, Bluecrop is generally considered the best all around variety for adaptability, long production period, good fruit yield and disease resistance. Ripening mid-season, the large berries have that classic sweet taste one associates with blueberries.
A normal season for “Bluecrop” at Twin Creek Ranch Blueberries (just South of Bandon) is late July to early August and spans about 5 weeks. David’s farm is a u-pick and pre-picked operation; if you want to pick you own, see the listing for Twin Creek Ranch to get contact info and directions.
