Summer Squash: Zucchini, Eight-Ball (pound)

Description

High Prairie Farm (Brookings) is growing “Eight-Ball” Zucchini again this year, and one pound will be approximately 1-3 squashes. Grown using organic methods. So called because each squash is round (like an eight ball, if you’re a pool player!), and perfect for stuffing (just remove the stem, and you have a fairly flat side…)
