Description
Locally grown by Valley Flora Farm (Langlois) and Ocean Air Farms (Ft. Dick, CA), and coming to you from one or both, depending on the weekly harvest (see above). Both farms grow their cabbage using organic practices.
These heads average between two and three pounds each. Store in the bottom crisper drawer wrapped in paper towels. If the outer leaves get wilted, just peel them off – the rest of the head will still be nice and fresh. (Cabbages store nicely in the crisper for months!)
