Locally grown by Valley Flora Farm (Langlois), Norm Lehne Garden & Orchard (Roseburg), and Ocean Air Farms (Ft. Dick, CA), and coming to you from one of the three, depending on the weekly harvest (see above). All of these farms grow their cabbage using organic practices.
These heads average about a pound each. Store in the bottom crisper drawer wrapped in paper towels. If the outer leaves get wilted, just peel them off – the rest of the head will still be nice and fresh. (Cabbages store nicely in the crisper for months!)
