Description
Locally grown in Langlois by Valley Flora Farm and in Ft. Dick by Ocean Air Farms, and coming from one or the other, as specified above. Harvested within 24 hours, and grown using organic practices.
The particular variety of Romaine will vary, depending on what the farm is harvesting each week. All Romaines keep quite well in the fridge. To store: rinse, pat (or spin) dry, and store in the bottom crisper drawer wrapped in paper towels.
