This is your standard Red Radish: red-skinned, slightly spicy, crisp. Locally grown by Valley Flora Farm (Langlois), Ocean Air Farm (Ft. Dick, CA), and Norm Lehne Garden & Orchards (Roseburg), and coming to you from one or the other, as specified above. All three farms use organic practices in their veggie fields.
With a crisp crunch and a delightful peppery kick, these radishes are fabulous whether thinly sliced for salads, topped on a taco, roasted, sautéed, or simply dipped in butter and sprinkled with flaky sea salt.
