Description
This is your standard Red Radish: red-skinned, slightly spicy, crisp. Locally grown by Valley Flora Farm (Langlois) and Ocean Air Farm (Ft. Dick, CA), and coming to you from one or the other, as specified above. Both farms use organic practices.
With a crisp crunch and a delightful peppery kick, these radishes are fabulous whether thinly sliced for salads, topped on a taco, roasted, sautéed, or simply dipped in butter and sprinkled with flaky sea salt.
