Description
This is your standard Red Radish: red-skinned, slightly spicy, crisp. Locally grown by Valley Flora Farm (Langlois), Ocean Air Farm (Ft. Dick, CA), and Lehne Farms LLC (Roseburg), and coming to you from one or the other, as specified above. All three farms use organic practices in their veggie fields.
With a crisp crunch and a delightful peppery kick, these radishes are fabulous whether thinly sliced for salads, topped on a taco, roasted, sautéed, or simply dipped in butter and sprinkled with flaky sea salt.
