The Little Gem family of lettuces are small, tight heads of a “butterhead” variety, and come in red or green; one head is perfect for one person for 2-3 salads. Mild flavor, buttery-smooth texture – a favorite among OtterBee’s customers! To store: rinse, pat (or spin) dry, and store in the bottom crisper drawer wrapped in paper towels.
