In addition to the popular “Abby’s Greens“, Abby also produces a high quality baby Arugula that will blend nicely with her beautiful salad mix. (Arugula is one of the spicier salad greens!) Abby, along with her mom Betsy, and sister Zoë, make up the Valley Flora trio of farmers in Langlois. All produce from Valley Flora Farm is grown using organic practices.
Abby washes and spin dries all her baby greens, so storage is simple: just transfer the greens to a Rubbermaid or other similar container, store in the crisper, and use within the week.
These morsels are incredibly fragrant, fresh and clean! I LOVE THEM chopped finely for my breakfast under my sunny-side up eggs. 🙂
