Abby is the creator and namesake of “Abby’s Greens”, a high quality, beautiful salad mix made up of over 26 different varieties of lettuces, Asian greens, and flowers. (Abby, along with her mom Betsy, and sister Zoë, make up the Valley Flora trio of farmers in Langlois.) All produce from Valley Flora Farm is grown using organic practices.

Abby’s Greens has developed a loyal following in our region of restaurants, grocery stores, and salad enthusiasts. Every week Abby seeds new beds, in order to have an almost constant flow of baby greens for her customers.
Abby washes and spin dries all her baby greens, so storage is simple: just store the greens in a Rubbermaid or other similar container, store in the crisper, and use within the week.
