Valley Flora Farm (Langlois) and Norm Lehne Garden & Orchards (Roseburg) both grow firm, white heads of cauliflower, averaging 1-1/2 lbs. each. Coming to you from one farm or the other, as noted above. Grown using organic practices. To store: rinse, pat dry, and store in the bottom crisper drawer wrapped in paper towels. Cauliflower will keep for up to a week.
