Description
Valley Flora Farm (Langlois), Ocean Air Farm (Ft. Dick, CA) and Lehne Farm LLC (Roseburg) all grow firm, white heads of Cauliflower, averaging up to 2 lbs. each. Coming to you from one of the three farms, as noted above. Grown using organic practices.
To store: rinse, pat dry, and store in the bottom crisper drawer wrapped in paper towels (plastic will sometimes turn the tops of the florets brown). Cauliflower will keep for up to a week.
