If you’ve never had Brussels Sprouts straight from the farm, you don’t know what you’re missing. These “mini cabbages” are crunchy, and sweet, and so very good for you – and there’s a world of difference between their flavor and the bitter taste of most industrially-grown sprouts!
These little guys come to you from Norm Lehne Garden & Orchards (Langlois); they’re a fall & winter crop, grown using organic practices. The sprouts will keep in your refrigerator’s crisper for at least two or three weeks.
