Tart crystallized lemon and a hint of bergamot oil are mixed into silky 65% Belize dark chocolate. The blend of bergamot and lemon creates a perfect balance of citrusy brightness and floral undertones.
Dick Taylor Craft Chocolate (Eureka, California) uses the finest cacao and traditional European techniques to carefully handcraft all of their chocolate from the bean in their small factory in Northern California.

Cacao solids 65% minimum. Processed on shared equipment with milk, wheat, peanuts and tree nuts.
