Description
Locally grown by Valley Flora Farm (Langlois), Ocean Air Farms (Ft. Dick, CA), and Lehne Farm LLC (Roseburg), and coming to you from one of them, depending on the weekly harvest (see above). All these farms grow their cabbage using organic practices.
These heads average about three pounds each. Store in the bottom crisper drawer wrapped in paper towels. If the outer leaves get wilted, just peel them off – the rest of the head will still be nice and fresh. (Cabbages store nicely in the crisper for months!)
