Our Kabocha Winter Squash are approximately 3 pounds each – perfect as a side dish for a family of 4. Valley Flora Farm (Langlois) grows these using organic practices. Note: they’re one of the best keepers – you can easily store a Kabocha in your pantry for 4-6 months!
