Tomatoes: Cherry Tomatoes (pint)

Description

Ocean Air Farm (Ft. Dick, CA) grows three different varieties of organic Cherry Tomatoes: the typical red and juicy variety; a bright orange one called “Citrine” (with a rich, balanced flavor and a meaty bite); and a pretty yellow elongated one. You will receive a pint that includes a mix of the three.

Ocean Air grows their cherry tomatoes under plastic “hoop houses”, which help to keep the rain off the tomatoes so they don’t split. Cherry tomatoes are favored for their bite-size “snackability”, but one can also cook, freeze and pickle them too!
