Description
Valley Flora Farm (Langlois), Ocean Air Farm (Ft. Dick, CA), and High Prairie Farm (Brookings) all grow beautiful, fresh spinach using organic practices, available in the Spring, and sometimes again in the Fall (farm specified above).
This 10-12 oz. bunch will make enough cooked spinach for two adults. To store: rinse thoroughly, pat (or spin) dry, trim any long stems, and store in the bottom crisper drawer wrapped in paper towels. Will keep for at least a week in this state.
