Description
Valley Flora Farm in Langlois grows beautiful Butterhead Lettuce, available in Red (with red outer leaves, tender and buttery with a creamy blanched heart) and Green (similar to Red, but without the red outer leaves); tender to the max, and so sweet! Field-grown using organic practices.
To store: rinse, pat (or spin) dry, and store in the bottom crisper drawer wrapped in paper towels.
