Description
Valley Flora Farm (Langlois) grows a long, slender, dark purple eggplant, with fruit that averages 8 to 10″ long. Known as “Turkish Delight” Eggplant, it is native to Africa and is believed to be more closely related to wild eggplant species than the traditional purple eggplant grown in Asia. Naturally grown, using organic methods, and available by the pound.
