Description
Persian Cucumbers are thin-skinned, grow to six inches long, and remain quite narrow. Grown by Valley Flora Farm (Langlois), using organic methods, these mild cukes are nearly seedless and are extra crunchy (they are similar in flavor and crunch to English cucumbers, just half the size). They’re considered “burpless”, i.e. there’s no need to peel them before eating or slicing!
