For this holiday bar, bourbon soaked pecans are candied with maple syrup and orange and paired with 65% Belize dark chocolate.
Dick Taylor Craft Chocolate (Eureka, California) uses the finest cacao and traditional European techniques to carefully handcraft all of their chocolate from the bean in their small factory in Northern California.
