Dick Taylor Craft Chocolate (Eureka, California) uses the finest cacao and traditional European techniques to carefully handcraft all of their chocolate from the bean in their small factory in Northern California.
Ingredients: Dark chocolate (organic cacao, organic cane sugar); White Chocolate (organic A2/A2 whole milk powder, organic cocoa butter, organic vanilla bean, organic sunflower lecithin); Peppermint Candy (candy sugar, corn syrup, vegetable juice, caramel color, natural peppermint oil)
Cacao solids 72% minimum. Processed in a facility that also uses milk, tree nuts, wheat & peanuts.
