This savory, salty and maple sweet mix will make your ordinary ground pork taste like farm fresh sausage! Just use 1 tablespoon per pound in plain ground pork to pan fry, or stuff into sausage casing for a fantastic sausage you will love. You can also use 1 tablespoon per 8 ounces of gravy for next-level biscuits and gravy (as long as you don’t mind the hint of maple!) Double the amounts for extra spicy and sweet.
