Sarah and Allen are the wife and husband team who cultivated Octopus Herb Garden (Langlois) out of a combined passion for herbalism and farming. Having spent nearly a decade working with plants, they are proud to be small batch medicine makers who focus on using the cleanest and most potent ingredients they can grow or source for their products. “Sweet Dreams” Loose Leaf Herbal Tea contains 1.5oz of dried loose herbs in a compostable & resealable bag.
Ingredients: Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla), Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis), Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata), Skullcap (Skutellaria lateriflora), Milky Oat Tops (Avena sativa)
Instructions: Use 1 Tablespoon per 8-10oz of hot water. Cover and let steep for 10-15 minutes. Strain and sip or add sweetener of choice.
