Alexandre Eco Dairy is based in Smith River, along the northern California Coast. Managed under traditional farming methods and strong organic principles, they have been certified organic for over 15 years and are the first regenerative organic dairy in America.
Blake and Stephanie Alexandre and their five children have poured generations of dairy know-how into their regenerative organic farms. They are strong proponents of holistic organic farm practices, nutritional education and environmental stewardship (and keeping the culture in agriculture!). The Alexandres believe that what we eat should make us feel physically good; their grass-fed milk provides this due to the elevated nutrients like CLA (conjugated linoleic acids), Vitamins and Omega 3 Fatty Acids.
Alexandre Eco Dairy Whole Milk contains 4% mikfat – which is 24% more than the nationally standardized 3.25% milkfat in other whole milk on the market. The cool, coastal climate provides green grass 365 days a year – a constant source of nourishment for their unique blend of crossbreed cows – and results in milk with higher Omega 3s and CLAs. The 59-oz. cartons also have an extended use-by date (over the bottles) of approximately 30-45 days!
