Alexandre Family Farm produces a heavy 40% whipping cream from their A2 organic milk. According to their Facebook page, the whipping cream “…pairs well with all things good. A personal favorite is frothed up in a latte, or whisked up with a little vanilla and powdered sugar for whipped cream!”
Alexandre Family Farm is a family grass-based organic dairy on the northern California Coast, producing organic milk, cream and yogurt in Crescent City, Smith River, Eureka, and Ferndale.
