Description
Very sweet, very crisp, very fresh! Available here by the pound without tops (i.e. NOT bunched). Grown by Lehne Farms LLC (Roseburg), Ocean Air Farms (Ft. Dick) and Valley Flora Farm (Langlois), and coming from one of them, as noted above. All farms use organic farming practices.
Great raw or juiced, and definitely wonderful cooked. A wonderful, low-calorie, nutrient-rich winter snack.
