Description
Raw honey* is honey as it exists in the beehive or is obtained by extraction, settling, or straining. Raw honey has not been heated above 118 degrees Fahrenheit (during production or storage) nor has it been pasteurized.
We mainly carry the dark, strong-flavored varieties of Chetco Gold Honey, which Corinne says her bees make from numerous fall flowers, including those from the Tan Oak, Madrone and Black Locust. Corinne’s bees make some of the most delicious honey around…AND Chetco Gold Honey is all raw, all natural, and all local!
