Fresh Pressed Apple Cider is made every Thursday throughout the winter by Norm Lehne Garden & Orchard (Roseburg), from apples grown in Lehne’s own orchard. Nothing is added to the cider, making it as pure as if you were pressing your own apples!
This Apple Cider is also unpasteurized, and must be refrigerated. It’s best within the first 10 days or so; after that, it starts to get more effervescent (bubbly), as the cider continues to ferment. Note: you can still enjoy it for another week or so, as long as you know that, if left to ferment, it will eventually turn into alcohol…
