These Spaghetti Squash are on the smaller size, with yellow skin and sweet, spaghetti-like flesh. Each averages about 1.00 to 1.50 pounds, perfect for two people! Grown by Valley Flora Farm (Langlois), using organic practices. Spaghetti squash will keep in a cool, dry spot for 3-4 months.
The oddball of the squash family, Spaghetti Squash gets its name because its flesh turns into long spaghetti-like shreds once baked.
