A new variety from Valley Flora Farm (Langlois). Similar to their beloved Hakurei, but with lavender shoulders fading to white. Mild, juicy and tender salad turnip. Bunched at approximately 4 to 7 in a bunch, depending on size (they range from golf ball size to tennis ball size). Grown using organic practices.
Store in the crisper for a week or two (remove the leaves and stems before storing). To use, peel any brown spots away, then eat raw as a crudite. Best used raw, although a light saute works too.
