Locally grown by Valley Flora Farm (Langlois), “Yukina Savoy” Tatsoi is a delicious mild Asian green with dark green spoon-shaped leaves and white ribs.
Tatsoi is a very versatile green, equally suited to being served raw or lightly cooked. Basically, just use tatsoi anywhere you’d use spinach. Harvested the day before your order is delivered, and grown using organic practices.
To store: wash the leaves well, wrap them in a damp paper towel and store them in a plastic bag in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days. Check this link for more info and ideas on this tasty Asian green!

This is a new green for us and we really like it! It has gone very well in salads and on sandwiches. Gonna try braising it next either on its own or with some collards. Very mild but tasty flavor and, unlike collards, I like them a lot raw. I nice addition for us.
