Description
Patty Pan Summer Squash (also known as “star” or “scallop” squash) are an heirloom grown by High Prairie Farm (Brookings). One pound will be approximately 2-3 squashes, and you could get a mix of white, green and/or yellow patty pans, depending on harvest and squash size.
These squashes make for a very pretty side dish, with white, yellow and green patty pans in the mix. Grown using organic methods. Store your squashes in your crisper and wait to wash them until just before you use them.
