Valley Flora Farm (Langlois) offers “Spring Raab” – tender buds from their overwintering Brassicas – each year about this time. Orders are by the 1/2-pound, which is just about enough for a side dish for two (or a main dish for one vegetarian!) Grown using organic practices. To store: rinse, pat dry, and store in the bottom crisper drawer in a produce bag. Use within 3-4 days.
