Grown by Ocean Air Farm (Ft. Dick) using organic practices, Spring is the best time for fresh Spinach! This 8-oz. bag will make enough cooked spinach for 2 adults; it’s also great used fresh in a salad or a wrap. To store: rinse thoroughly, pat (or spin) dry, trim any long stems, and store in the bottom crisper drawer wrapped in paper towels. Use within a week.
