Description
Watermelon Radishes are large, round storage radishes with light green skin and neon pink hearts. The skin forms a distinct outer rind, easy to peel if you want to avoid any spice. The heart is crunchy, juicy, sweet and delicious! Roots will store for months in the fridge without tops.
Locally grown by Valley Flora Farm (Langlois) using organic practices. Radishes are fabulous whether thinly sliced for salads, topped on a taco, roasted, sautéed, or simply dipped in butter and sprinkled with flaky sea salt.
