Description
Valley Flora Farm (Langlois) grows a variety of colorful radishes – the standard red variety (the spicy ones); solid pink or purple skin radishes (milder versions of the standard red radish); and the purple & white bi-colored variety (also mild). All of Valley Flora’s veggies are grown using organic practices.
Available varieties vary by time of year and size of harvest. – see above for your choices in any given week. Radishes are fabulous whether thinly sliced for salads, topped on a taco, roasted, sautéed, or simply dipped in butter and sprinkled with flaky sea salt.
