The pink and purple radishes are colorful, milder versions of the standard red radish: pink-skinned or purple-skinned, with crisp, white flesh and very little bite. The red radishes are the standard variety – with a bite! (colors available will show up above for you to choose.)
Locally grown by Valley Flora Farm in Langlois using organic practices. Radishes are fabulous whether thinly sliced for salads, topped on a taco, roasted, sautéed, or simply dipped in butter and sprinkled with flaky sea salt.
