Description

“D’avignon” is the traditional French Breakfast radish with rose-pink roots and mild flavor, originally from the South of France where they are eaten fresh with butter. Locally grown by Valley Flora Farm (Langlois) and Norm Lehne Garden & Orchards (Roseburg), using organic practices.

With a crisp crunch and a delightful mild peppery kick, these radishes are fabulous whether thinly sliced for salads, topped on a taco, roasted, sautéed, or simply dipped in butter and sprinkled with flaky sea salt.
