Mini Peppers from Pistol River Pepper People (Pistol River, OR). Includes baby Poblanos and/or baby red & green Bells. Grown using organic practices, sold by the half-pound. Peppers will keep in the crisper for a week or better. Wash just before using.
Try this recipe for Chile Relleno Soup, using the baby Poblanos (just double or even triple the number of baby peppers you use, to make sure you use enough).
