Description
Norm Lehne Garden & Orchards (Roseburg) thins their Walla Walla onion beds about this time of year, then bunches them, three to a bunch. These are “fresh” onions, with green tops (versus “cured” onions, which are dried, without the tops). Because they’re not yet cured, they should be stored in the fridge (or you can hang them to dry, then remove the tops and store in the pantry…) Grown using organic practices.
