“Red Long of Tropea” Onions are a specialty “torpedo” onion, traditionally grown in Mediterranean Italy and France for mid/late summer fresh harvest. Grown by Valley Flora Farm (Langlois), using organic practices. These are uncured, so it’s best to refrigerate them. Will keep for a month or so.
