Description
A cross between a Honeydew and a Cantaloupe, Galia Melons are prized for their intoxicating fragrance and super sweet flesh. A Galia Melon is at its peak when the skin starts turning from green to yellow. From Norm Lehne Garden & Orchard (Roseburg). Each will weigh around 3 lbs., and will keep for most of the week if uncut. Once cut, refrigerate in an airtight container for 2-3 days max.
