Valley Flora Farm (Langlois) offers a mild Baby Lettuce Mix from their winter greenouses that makes for a wonderfully light salad this time of year. Grown using organic practices and harvested at “baby” stage.
The mix is washed, spun dry, and packaged into 8-ounce bags, ready for your dinner table. Just transfer the greens to a Rubbermaid or other similar container, store in the crisper, and use within the week.
