Spicy Arugula is a great addition to any salad that needs a little bit of kick! Beds are planted every few weeks, grown using organic practices, and harvested weekly. The leaves are washed, spun dry, and packaged into 8-ounce bags, ready for your dinner table. Just transfer the greens to a Rubbermaid or other similar container, store in the crisper, and use within 10 days.
