Description
Green Garlic is similar to green onions (scallions) in appearance, but with a a strong garlic flavor. Chop them up and use them in soups, pesto, sautès….really anywhere you would use regular garlic.
Locally grown by Smith River Wildcrafting in Smith River, CA; each standard size bunch is harvested within 24 hours, and is grown using organic practices. To store: rinse, pat dry, and store in the bottom crisper drawer wrapped in paper towels.
