These are true Chives, NOT onion tops. Chives are much more pungent than onion tops, and are best used diced into small doses. Harvested by Norm Lehne Garden & Orchard (Roseburg). Grown using organic practices.
Store your chives in the refrigerator in a resealable plastic bag, keeping the air inside, for up to a week. You can also place the stems standing up in a glass or jar filled with a few inches of water and covered with a plastic bag.
I’ve really enjoyed cooking with these chives. Much aroma 🙂
