These are TRUE chives, NOT onion tops. Chives are much more pungent than onion tops, and are best used diced into small doses. Harvested on Friday by local backyard gardener Candice Michel, bunched into 1-oz. bunches, and delivered to us in time to pack into your orders on Saturday. Grown using organic practices.
Store your chives in the refrigerator in a resealable plastic bag, keeping the air inside, for up to a week. You can also place the stems standing up in a glass or jar filled with a few inches of water and covered with a plastic bag.
